Support

Not only do we have a fantastic team of Coaches, but we also work with experienced and knowledgeable partners to offer you the very best in physiological testing, injury prevention, sports nutrition and the technology from Garmin to ensure that you have the best support to help you achieve your full potential …

Physiological Testing

Understanding your heart rate and identifying your heart rate zones allows you or your Coach to accurately prescribe your training intensity. We have teamed up with Barbara Yff, our Sports Physiologist and Winchester University, to offer physiological assessment both in their Lab and field testing at a number of our training camps. Barbara will also be working with us part of the Full Potential team presenting and providing physiological advice.
